Trouble with a chromebook? Try this! To reset a chromebook do the following:
1) Turn off the Chromebook.
2) Hold Esc + Refresh. Now press and release Power while continuing to hold Esc + Refresh for about 10 seconds.
3) A yellow exclamation point (!) is displayed.
4) Press Ctrl+D to begin Developer mode, then press Enter.
5) When OS verification message comes on press Space, then press Enter.
6) The Chromebook deletes its local data, returning to its initial state. This will take a couple of minutes.
7) At the Welcome screen click on Let's go, lower left blue button.
8) Select your wireless connection and input password for wireless. Click connect.
9) Click on Accept and continue.
10) The Chromebook will perform Enterprise registration and after a couple minutes will come to a message You are enrolled successfully. Click on Done in lower left.
You should now come to the login screen. You should be good to go.
